| He thinks they do Just cause they hardly win.... he said I would be wasting my time. Even thou Billy is gorgeous... well I think so anyway Just wondering how much the stables are (I assume you have to pay for one and it's not like the other shows where you get ready at your float? ) lol Just looking into registering the horses with the AAR...means I would need to get shatters Microchipped...which should be done anyway incase she gets stolen or lost. | |

| No unfortunately you cant get them ready by the float lol.. stables i think are approx $30 each... you also have to pay for parking (well we did last year) and its $40 for car & float for the day. Ring Deb from Windarmin if you need to get anyone chipped she is cheap. Rego with AAR is only $10 for lifetime, it has a double bonus of if they do ever get out vets look up details with AAR to find owners. [Chips without rego are pretty pointless as no one can find out the owners details]
Hey look at me last year - i wrote my old gelding off and so had Dal but he bought home best gelding exhibit... just proves you never know what will happen.

| That SUCKS of Stephen!! And that's awesome you think Billy is gorgeous - remember that even if you never win a ribbon, you get to walk out of that show ring with Billy...and no one else gets to! (That's what I tell myself about my ponies!).
MH&PE contacted me, wanting me to take Middy to the Royal to support the little pony classes they got put on (which made me LOL...cause its Middy!). Yeah, not keen on the $60 a class...BUT, will give it some thought before the closing dates. Sparkle is qualified, too...so yeah, we'll see!

| You pay when you enter for the classes. Stables and parking are paid if/when you are accepted. As far as i know if you are not accepted you get it back. Ring them to double check if you want.
I still cant believe the old boy did it at 8yrs of age... he was against 3yr olds as the class was 3yr & over... and then for best gelding he was up against 3 yrs & under [both heights] and 3 yrs & over aswell.
Everyone is asking if he is coming next year - i dont know as he will be 9yrs and he really is hard to get prepared and in condition so shall see lol
